Group Exercise Policies and Procedures
- All in-person classes require advanced registration.
- Please be on-time to class for appropriate warm-up, and to avoid distractions. You will be asked to leave if you are late.
- Participation Policy: Three participants are required to conduct a class.
- Schedule is subject to change monthly based on class participation.
- Dress code requires that workout attire must fully cover the midsection.
- Proper athletic shoes are required for all group exercises excluding mind, body, and aqua.
- No cell phones or other devices allowed during classes.
- University holidays: All group exercise classes canceled on observed university holidays.
