25-26 End of Season Banquet Registration

Join us for our End-of-Season Sports Banquet as we celebrate our student-athletes with an evening of awards, recognition, and Shark community. Registration is required to confirm attendance. Banquet admission is $35 per parent or guest, and student-athletes and coaches attend for free; however, parents must still register their student-athlete on this form and add them to the cart as a $0 item to ensure an accurate headcount and catering.
