Please note: Cancellation requests must be received by the office of Recreation and Wellness via
this web form ten business days prior to the next billing cycle and will be processed for that said billing cycle.
Documentation as indicated above must be provided to avoid a cancellation fee within
the first calendar year of the membership agreement.
Cancellation fees are waived after a person completes one full calendar year of membership.
You will receive an email notification with confirmation of your cancellation once
it has been processed. If you do not receive this notification assume you are still going to be charged.
If you are charged for membership dues after you have received approval to cancel,
you must notify us within 30 days to correct the issue. Refunds will be approved for a maximum of one membership month
or up to two pay periods.
